Guaranteed Service

Every vehicle purchased from Mitsubishi Motors Center Sales Center, an official distributor of Mitsubishi Motor Co., Ltd., is guaranteed for 3 years or 100,000 km (whichever comes first).

In order to keep the warranty conditions in force, it is considered mandatory to comply with the conditions mentioned in the technical regulations of your car.

Warranty conditions do not apply to parts that are eaten, disintegrated during normal operation, consumables and lubrication materials.

Warranty Terms

CONDITIONS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE MITSUBISHI VEHICLE WARRANTY IN THE TERRITORY OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN
Fulfills the warranty obligation:
Official distributor of Mitsubishi. The guarantees and obligations stated on this page will be fulfilled in the territory of AR.

The guarantee obligation applies:

Warranty certificate for Mitsubishi vehicles with correct completion. Your vehicle's certificate is located on the back cover of the warranty and service booklet. When selling a car, the distributor of Mitsubishi company must write all the information about the car in the appropriate columns on the certificate. The warranty applies to new Mitsubishi cars imported into the AR territory by Diamond Motor, the main importer in the AR territory. The vehicle must comply with the requirements and regulatory documents imposed on vehicles in the territory of AR. First and subsequent owners of a Mitsubishi car (if the sale takes place within the defined warranty period).

Contents of warranty obligations:

Except for the items mentioned in the "Special conditions of the warranty" (p. 5), all malfunctions of Mitsubishi vehicles during the warranty period are eliminated "Free of charge" if they are caused by the failure of individual parts or poor quality vehicle assembly. The legal rights and warranty obligations of Mitsubishi company product users set forth in applicable legislation are in no way reduced.

During the warranty period of your Mitsubishi vehicle, as stated in your warranty certificate, Mitsubishi guarantees to repair all faults caused by individual parts failure or poor vehicle assembly "free of charge". (The clauses included in the "Special conditions of the warranty" are not changed by the warranty) The warranty is valid for a period of 3 years from the day of sale of the car or up to 100,000 km mileage (whichever of these cases ends earlier).
