Loyalty Card Bringing Bonuses to Our Regular Customers!
Loyalty Card from Mitsubishi for our regular customers!
When you have a Loyalty Card, the cash payments you make at the service earn you bonuses. Bonuses are calculated at the rate of 1 AZN = 1 BONUS. Moreover, as soon as you get the card, 300 bonuses are immediately loaded onto your card as a gift from us. As bonuses accumulate, you can choose one of the gifts presented to you. You can fill out the following questionnaire form to join the loyalty system.

Terms of joining the loyalty system, calculating and using bonuses
1. Only individuals can join the loyalty system, and if a customer changes the car, the bonuses will be transferred to the new car.
2. Bonuses can only be calculated during cash payments.
3. Bonuses are calculated after joining the loyalty system and obtaining the card.
4. When the bonus card is obtained, 300 bonuses are immediately added to the customer's card as a gift.
5. If the number of service visits for a calendar year is less than 2, bonuses will be canceled; in this case, bonuses will be calculated after the customer's next repair works.
6. If the number of paid service visits for a calendar year is 5, all accumulated bonuses will be automatically increased by 1.5 times during the 5th visit.
7. If the number of paid service visits for a calendar year is 10, all accumulated bonuses will be automatically doubled during the 10th visit.
8. The loyalty system is only valid for customers serviced at the Mitsubishi car center.
9. Bonus calculation is not applied during service campaigns.
10. If the bonus card is lost, a duplicate will be provided.
11. Customers who buy spare parts and do not have them installed at our center are not included in the loyalty system, and bonuses are not calculated.
12. The number of bonuses is calculated at the rate of 1 bonus = 1 AZN.
13. You can obtain your bonus cards within 10 business days.
