Certified Expertise – Mitsubishi Training System and Our Technicians’ Qualifications
Providing service in line with the Mitsubishi brand is only possible with not just technical equipment, but also with qualified and certified professionals.
Since 2018, our service center has employed an official Mitsubishi trainer. Every year, our staff members participate in training programs and become certified according to M-STEP1 (Junior Technician) and M-STEP2 (Master Technician) levels.
Training and evaluation for the M-STEP3 level is also planned in the future.
In addition, our technicians improve their knowledge through Mitsubishi’s official online training platforms and receive internationally recognized certifications.
As a result of this system, our technical staff stands out not only with their skills but also with professionalism certified by official knowledge and quality standards.
